1. Membership & Access
- Memberships (Flexi Desk, Fixed Desk, Private Office, Virtual Office, Event Hall) are non-transferable unless approved by OPIS Co-Working.
- Access is limited to the member during the validity of the subscription. Shared use without authorization is prohibited.
- Members must comply with all house rules, including use of common areas, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
2. Payments & Renewals
- Membership fees are billed in advance and must be paid by the due date.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
- Memberships automatically renew unless terminated in writing at least 30 days prior to expiry (except for day passes).
- Registration fees and deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Monthly memberships may be cancelled with one (1) month’s written notice.
- Prepaid bundles or promotions are non-refundable.
- OPIS Co-Working reserves the right to terminate a membership for misuse, non-payment, or violation of rules.
4. Use of Facilities
- Internet access, meeting rooms, printing, and other amenities are provided on a fair usage basis.
- Members are responsible for keeping their workspace tidy and respecting others.
- Damages to property caused by a member will be charged accordingly.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
- OPIS Co-Working is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Members use the space and facilities at their own risk.
- OPIS Co-Working shall not be held liable for any business loss, data loss, or interruption.
6. Amendments
- OPIS Co-Working reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or on the website.
